I don’t trust the richest man on earth, especially unelected, especially in a fake department with less oversight than most. Ocams razor says he is cutting programs so he can give himself a tax cut. If we get anything other than a consolation prize for this I’d be extremely surprised.
I don’t know if every program is pure non-corrupt stuff, but nothing in the article you posted made me think it was corrupt. People use drugs, if it is common for folks on testosterone to use certain drugs then it is reasonable to study the interaction. Maybe you are culturally anti-drug and don’t even think it is reasonable to study. In that case I think you do you but abstinence only sex end has proven to lead to more pregnancy.
